I have used Greg Lingerfelt and his crew many times throughout the years for home repairs/renovations and always had a positive experience. Most recently I had water damage to my outdoor balcony (due to poor renovations from the previous owners). The flooring of the balcony and ceiling of the porch below needed replacing and waterproofing so the issue didn’t happen again. GL Designs installed all of the new materials, taking extra care to make sure everything was waterproofed for me. When they were done it looked brand new! I wish I had taken before photos.. because it looked awful. But it looks great now, and I would definitely use these guys again. They were on time and a friendly/professional crew.
